1. Enter via 2600 Old Lake Wilson Rd. Use this address in your GPS or you may be taken to the back gate where there is no guest entry.
2. Use the LEFT lane for your first time entering.
3. Show the gate personnel your driver's license and the ePass you received from me.
4. The gate personnel will give you a paper Gate Pass to use for the length of your stay. Do NOT share this pass with other vehicles, or it will be invalidated.
5. On future re-entries during your stay, use the RIGHT lane for returning guests, and scan your pass at the machine to open the gate. Sometimes a gate attendant will be there to assist with scanning.

Guests arriving at Windsor Hills via car service must present an identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) to be checked in at the security gate.

You will receive a welcome email before arrival containing your personal access code. Once entering the resort, you'll just go straight to the house and type in your access code. Your unique access code will expire after your scheduled checkout. 

Pro tip: If you're leaving, and you're going to be out until dark, turn on the outside light so you can see the keypad when you return.

There will be a starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, sponge & trash bags. As well as initial supplies for one pot of coffee, tea bags, and hot cocoa packets. The kitchen has new, soft-close cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. It's fully equipped with everything you will likely need, including a Mickey waffle maker, Mickey toaster, blender, pots & pans, drip coffee maker, etc.

There is a ceiling fan in the main living area, as well as each bedroom.

A digital thermostat is located on the wall in the upstairs hallway. It's programmed for a minimum and maximum temperature range.

There is a full size washer and dryer located in the upstairs hallway. Two starter pods are provided for you. Please do not overload the machines. There is also a laundry basket, full size ironing board, and  iron. 

 There is a trash bench located outside the front door for your convenience. The resort staff attends to the removal of trash each day. Please be sure all trash is bagged and the lid closed. Please DO NOT leave bags on top of, or next to, the bench. (Raccoons) 

  A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted per home. The townhome has space for one vehicle in the driveway in front of the home. Up to two additional vehicles must use the overflow parking spaces located a short distance from the townhome. No parking is allowed in the street or sidewalk.There is a separate Trailer/RV parking lot for oversized vehicles. The homeowner must obtain approval from the Resort Office prior to your visit.  

•  No smoking, vaping, hookahs, or use of any type of tobacco products inside the home or outside at the front entry, or in the lanai (screened in pool area). Use of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping on/in the property is prohibited. Violators will be ejected without a refund and fined $300 for smoke removal.

• Adult driver's license and full names of everyone (including children) in the party is required for entry throught the security gates into the resort.
• Guest must read and agree to ALL terms of the rental agreement at time of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of the booking.
